LabelSurabhiGupta is an online fashion store that allows customers to browse and purchase women’s clothing, including suits, co-ord sets, dresses, and other fashion products.

Customers can use the application to:

  • Browse our collection of women’s clothing.

  • View product images, descriptions, sizes, colours, and prices.

  • Select products and add them to their shopping cart.

  • Place orders and make payments securely.

  • Provide their delivery details for order fulfilment.

  • Receive updates about their orders and deliveries.

We collect basic customer information such as name, mobile number, email address, billing and delivery address, and order details to process and deliver orders, communicate with customers about their purchases, provide customer support, and maintain accurate order records.

Payment-related information is used only to facilitate secure payment processing through our payment service provider. We do not use customer information for purposes unrelated to providing and improving our online shopping services.

Our application is designed to provide customers with a simple and convenient way to discover, purchase, and receive women’s clothing online.

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 6 days and delivered within 7-10 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
